Operations Research Analyst Entry II

Parra Consulting Group, Inc. is currently seeking an Operations Research Analyst Entry II to support our client located at Aberdeen Proving Grounds, Maryland.

This successful candidate will be responsible for the following:

• Perform a wide variety of cost analysis assignments in support of the program life cycle cost estimates (LCCE) and program office estimates (POE).
• Develop or evaluate cost assessments, and cost positions relating to the systems development, demonstration, and production approaches.
• Assess the impact on systems and program costs, including analyses of prototype systems.
• Work with SMEs to develop independent Government cost estimates (IGCEs) that will stand up to Army and DoD level review.
• Serves as Working Leader to lower-grade personnel and is considered an expert for providing technical guidance and information to meet requirements.
• Review, assist and mentor lower-grade employee's work for quality, and accuracy of work.
• Coordinate work efforts with Contract Officer Representative.
• Serves as an expert for providing technical guidance and information to meet requirements.

• Active Secret Clearance
• Bachelor's Degree
• Bachelor's degree in economics, mathematics, operations research, data analytics or related preferred.
• A minimum of two (2) years preparing and updating cost estimates using ACEIT. Strong analytical abilities required. MS proficiency with Excel required. This minimum experience must be with DoD Program Executive Office (PEO), Project Manager (O6 PM) or Product Manager (O5 PdM) to be consider applicable to this requirement.
